Washing
Alpaca Fleece is very high quality and soft. Once it is sheared off your alpacas it needs to be washed before it can be spun. You can either send it to a fiber mill to wash and clean it, and then spin it, or you can wash it yourself, have a fun experience and save money.
Spinning
Once you have washed, clean fleece you can spin it, you can read the spinning page for how to learn to spin, or what to do to get it spun by someone else.
Felting
Felting alpaca fiber is where you turn the fiber into felt, which allows you to make teddy bears, or other fun shapes, or statues that can be made from your alpaca fleece and fiber.
