Collecting Stories and Pictures

Stories

I am collecting stories for the website to add more content and to make it more personal. My thinking is that if I add other farms and alpaca owners stories and experiences or even just tips that others have to the website it will mean more to people than just some blocks of text accross a page thats just full of info.

The type of stories-tips-experiences that I would like to collect are ones on the topics of:

  • Spinning
  • Felting
  • Knitting
  • Crocheting
  • Breeding - Birth
  • Shearing
  • Halter Training
  • Transporting

And other stories around those topics. They can be somewhat funny and informational, they can be serious or sad but an experience that is good to hear about incase it may happen to someone else. I think that you may get the point of what I am asking for now. Please send all of your stories, tips and/or experiences to

Pictures

I would like to start a picture page, or a media page on the site that has pictures of alpacas AND llamas so people can see the difference in them and can also view pictures of the two lovely animals. I also would like to have pictures so I can set up a rotation with different pictures to rotate on different pages to make it look like the website is changing.

If you have any pictures that you would be okay with me using, and possibly photoshoping onto banners or putting images together then please email them to - submit@alpacaave.com - or email a link to a website that you have the pictures on.
